Headers

Our fabricated headers, ranging in size from 100mm to 600mm NB, are custom-designed to suit various boiler capacities. Careful welding joins stubs and nozzle pipes of diverse sizes to the main header body, facilitating efficient collection and distribution of fluids. This meticulous assembly guarantees uniform flow and pressure, optimizing boiler performance across all operational stages.
Bend Panels
We produce panels having tube OD from 38.1mm to 88.9mm and thickness from 3.6mm to 9.0mm with a maximum length of 24m and maximum width of 2.5m. We achieve straightness within a tolerance of +3mm.

Evaporator / Economiser Coils
Economizer coils, integral to boiler systems, serve as heat exchanger elements designed to recover waste heat from flue gases prior to their dispersion. Our economizer coils, featuring tube diameters spanning 31.8mm OD to 51mm OD, employ booster bending techniques to achieve a radius-to-diameter ratio (R/D) of 1 via cold bending. Additionally, squeeze bends with an R/D ratio of less than 1 can be achieved utilizing the hot bending method.

Studded bed coils within boiler systems represent tailored heat transfer solutions, comprising tubes augmented with welded studs. Our stud welding machines employ the arc drawn method, proficiently welding studs with diameters of up to 25mm, even in tight configurations.
Super Heater Coils
Superheater coils elevate steam quality by elevating temperature and energy levels, accomplished through passage across additional tubes or coils in contact with high-temperature flue gases. Our fabrication encompasses superheater coils of compact design, pivotal for critical operations, with tube diameters spanning from 31.8mm OD to 57.15mm OD. We accommodate all grades, from Carbon steels SA 210 Gr A1 to high Alloy steels up to T91, and Stainless steel up to TP347H, necessitating high-temperature heat treatment of up to 1100 degrees Celsius, utilizing our in-house furnace facilities.
