Water Wall Furnace Panels
The Bend Panel, seemingly the building blocks for the water wall panel, is an intricate network of tubes that absorbs heat from combustion and transfers it to water or steam. Unlike straight tubes, bend panels have a crucial advantage: the flexibility to manoeuvre around corners and conform to specified forms within the boiler's furnace chamber. This flexibility enables a more optimised design, increasing the surface area of tubes exposed to hot flue gases and, therefore, improving heat transfer efficiency.
Cold Bending with Booster Techniques
This procedure achieves a bend radius that matches the tube diameter (R/D ratio of one). This ideal curvature lowers pressure drops, promotes efficient fluid flow, and improves heat transmission. To prevent tube collapse or deformation, we use unique "booster" procedures during cold bending.
Hot Bending for Tighter Spaces
We use the hot bending technique when there is limited space within the boiler. This strategy allows us to attain tighter bend radii while staying below an R/D ratio of 1. Our economiser coils integrate perfectly into any boiler arrangement due to their bendability

Thickness
We provide solutions ranging from 3.0 mm to a strong 9.0 mm, establishing the ideal mix between flexibility for bending and the strength required to survive the high pressures and temperatures encountered in a boiler.

We provide panels with a maximum length of 30 metres, enabling the creation of remarkable and powerful boilers. Furthermore, the panels can be constructed with a maximum width of 2.5 metres, allowing them to accommodate a wide range of boiler designs.
Precision
Economiser in boilers help the system last longer by reducing the thermal stress on the components produced by cold feed water entering the boiler.
These adaptabilities ensure that our water wall panels can withstand the demands of various boiler operations, from standard industrial applications to more challenging high-pressure settings. Bend panels can be further customised to fit project specifications. These specifications include adding pre-welded attachments for extra components, pre-drilled holes connecting to neighbouring panels or headers, or even precise bending angles to accommodate particular boiler layouts.
